“2 days after making a purchase online for a couple of windows I get a phone call saying the quote was wrong and had to make an extra payment of £300. Told I had made a payment of £466 when I had actually made a payment of £598. Then went on to say that if I made an extra payment of £100 they would proceed with the purchase. Absolutely absurd. I've asked for my money back. Pls refund my money.”

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry on this occasion that we were unable to keep you as a customer. As a colleague explained to you, there was a glitch on our website that allowed you to purchase a window at a substantially reduced price in error. This was picked up by the processing team who contacted you as soon as possible, they gave you the option of either paying a reduced additional amount or cancelling the order for a refund. You opted for a refund and my colleague advised that this had been raised for you.
