“The Stable Door ORD9965 will not close properly. After two return visits by Evander we still await the correct keep .Very satisfied after the fitting of the correct locking keep would now highly recommend Just value doors.”

Hi Sandra, We are very sorry for this inconvenience. I can see the wrong lock-keep was sent out causing a further delay. I can assure you we have triple checked this one is correct and can assure you it will fix the issue this time. As discussed, it's being dispatched first class today, and will be with you tomorrow, and I have advised the installers it will be ready and waiting for them. “Easy to order. Got email with delivery date very quickly. Very easy to change delivery address. Delivered on the correct specified day. Well packaged and helpful delivery driver who called on the morning with a time for the delivery. Will definitely use this company again.”

“We recently had our Sliding Patio Doors replaced.The whole process proved easy and a very fine job was made by Stealth who undertook the fitting and removed the old doors the same day.Pleasant and helpful fitters at a reasonable price.These days I am am loathe to recommend anybody but I should be pleased to do so in this particular case”

“The door or window was probably fine. The hassle with the guarantee process is terrible. Why do I need to do this? Why are the order details not in the mail requesting the review? Are my consumer rights being violated? The main reason for ordering stuff like this online is because it is low maintenance and often hassle free. Having to jump through hoops to obtain the customers guarantee is a pain in the behind made worse by 'just values' idea that we are prescient and will instantly know which order is being talked about! I believe this is the reason i stopped using them a couple of years ago.. but I forgot.”

“I'm really happy cos I've just fitted my window and it looks great. the price was right and it came with free delivery. Only 10 days from ordering to delivery to my door. You won't find a better window at the price so fill yer boots !!?”

“Charly in Accounts was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is the lack of communication from XDP the delivery service used. No time or date was given and I had to contact Just Value Doors to get this information. Also the delivery driver delivering the replacement sill was very unprofessional and abrupt”
