“We purchased a lot of stuff from u and last order was small items. We were promised and we paid extra for next day despatch. This is last Wednesday We kept on calling Nock who arranged it all. Despite paying extra for next day despatch we booked a carpenter for last Saturday After calling numerous times Nich promised that despatch was to be Friday so we could receive on Saturday We eventually got email saying we will not get til Tuesday 16 There is no guarantee for this. We had to pay carpenter 250 abortive time as goods were not there Can you please advise what you will be doing about Tii’s Yogesh jhandey. Sobims limited”

“It was easy to order. It may help customers if more technical information would be introduced at FAQ, I have had difficulty to find details regarding the glass, if it is toughened or not. Overall 5 star, thanks”
