“The on-line purchase process was very quick and easy to follow from start to finish, with email confirmation received almost immediately . The following day I received a call from the sales dept. asking for a convenient date for a surveyor's visit. The follow up survey was carried out professionally by an expert from the installation company. He took detailed measurements and confirmed that what was ordered is what will be installed. The next day I received a call from the installation company with dates for the installation/. The whole end-to-end process was simple, fast and very much focused on me, the customer. I have no hesitation in recommending 'Just Value Doors'.”

“We have just had our bi-fod doors fitted and must say we are (at this intial stage) very happy with them. Obviously as time goes on we will see how the slidig function continues to work and also how they perform with energy efficiency, but on the face of it very good value for money doors.”

“The telephone sales service was excellent. My order was delivered on the due date and on time, delivery man very polite and helpful. Put the door in the garage for us until it can be fitted. Would definitely use Just Value Doors again.”

“There service was excellent, one small point.. is when ordering on line, I had not realised the sill was extra and so omitted to tick this.. perhaps it would be better to opt out of the sill rather than include.. i am sure more want the sill rather than not!”

“All in all good, however the door's come only with a single key - if that breaks I'm stuffed, and no user manual on how to use the door.”

“Just value doors have been very helpful so far, but the doors are not due to be fitted by another company for a couple of weeks or so. So I cannot review the finished product.”
