“The customer service I received from start to finish was excellent.I could not find fault with the new door.It only took a week from me placing the order to the door being installed. The door was installed by Aaron and his co-worker and they cleaned up after themselves.Very pleased with this company and will highly recommend them to all.Many thanks Just Value Doors.Very well done.”

“New door and full height side window ordered online, confirmed by a member of staff the next day who ran through the details and confirmed everything. The door is great, solid and instructions for installation were provided with the paperwork. All in all, a very good service that I'd definitely use again.”

“Altho i knew i was buying a "budget" i still expected the finishing touches to be better.the quality of the materials seems very good but the workmanship in the product itself was very poor”

“As always great service from the fitters. Excellent products. I have purchased doors and windows previously unfortunately on this occasion it didn't go to plan. Every company has a few problems from time to time so it really depends on their customer service, how they put it right. Firstly I did not get an apology secondly the service manager didn't seem to be aware of the problem I had to contact them, and he didn't even read my email, tried to blame surveyor but frame was in, issue with the glass needless to say I had a boarded up window for over a week. Now put right but I would appreciate a courtesy call to check all is ok. Service Manager didn't listen with regards to my concerns regarding safety or that I could not have more time off work. It would have taken much longer if I had not insisted on Saturday morning fit.”

Hi Julie, I would like to again apologies for what happened. The issue was not in the initial survey but in the glass not being made at the correct size for the window frame. Needing to temporarily board your new window was obviously far from ideal. I can assure you that as soon as we were made aware of the issue, the remake glass was ordered immediately, and the board swapped over as soon as possible.
