When I got to the payment department,the person was very abrupt and sounded like she was chewing gum.I've always been with you but I'm not sure I will be in the future

Getting far too expensive, & the discount is just a racket. As a returning customer I should automatically get the maximum discount, I felt I had almost to beg for it, otherwise I would have been charged full price.

I have used this company many times for travel insurance, with great ease in the past. The previous two times haven't been easy to do, ìt didn't recognise my saved details for some glitch or other

Only did the weekly cover this time instead of annual as your prices have really gone up by nearly a third ? Rather a lot will look again nx year

I have been pleased on previous occasions but felt wrung out by the time we had finished this time. Partly due to my hearing problems no doubt. As well as louder, clear speech I need it a little slower to assimilate all that is said.

I found it quite stressful the questions I was asked I had to repeat everything over and over again.i took the insurance on as I could not be bothered to go any where else.

When l was sent the email with policy attachments, they wouldn'topen. I had to ring you and they said it was a technical problem and will send them in the post. Haven't received them yet.

I found "Jessica's" Welsh accent and speed of speech very difficult to comprehend. Furthermore, the "stock advice & question list" from which she was obviously working fails to handle cases like mine and she was insufficiently briefed to deal with my honest answer. I am 83 years of age and visit my GP Surgery only once per year for a thorough MOT, the last being May 2023 following which I was again declared to be in excellent health. However, at age 70 after prolonged discussion, my GP persuaded me to take daily a 40mg statin tablet not because I was in need of it but merely in his words "to help prevent the onset in later life of any, heart, blood pressure or other circulatory issues". This was and is still viewed as standard practice by my GP for all patients reaching 70 years of age. To date I have not encountered any problems that a daily 40mg statin tablet is designed to help prevent but trying to explain this to Jessica was impossible; as far as she was concerned I must be suffering a condition that warranted the use of a prescribed drug!!!

Website was difficult to negotiate when trying to accept a quote. Ended up having to call and then go through all questions again to finally purchase the insurance I was after. Far too laborious.

They let us spend our money on insurance without a hitch, they've asked up to review them prior to us taking the holiday which we are insured for so I am not sure what they want me to review.

Got a quote from you, which I found to be competitive, only to find the agent had missed some elements, when I accepted the quote, the second agent, then confused herself, mis-quoting again, ended up costing me over 27% more, which wasn't so competitive. Did ask for a more senior person, but was declined.

As it's been at least 3 years since I last used travel cover, I was very surprised how much it had gone up. Little has changed health wise apart from having a knee replacement which the surgeon said the result was excellent. However your man I spoke to was very helpful and I would certainly recommend you.

The quote was OK, but the website is rubbish. Contrary to what it says there is no way to actually pay online - you have to ring the call centre which has a particularly bad connection.
