Very disappointed that the discount code that was described in the email to me was not valid when I came to pay.

Dear Mrs Moore, I can see your documents were posted on 5th July. I have requested another copy to be sent to you as you should have received them by now. With regards to the email, I have also resent the email. Your account is showing up as 'new' rather than 'active' meaning you haven't yet created an account. You will need to follow the link we’ve sent you on an email which asks you to input your email address then a second link will be sent to your email for you to input your date of birth and create your own password. Had difficulty understanding your agent and had to ask twice for her to speak slower and Linder, she then spoke to me as is I was daft. Also asked for paper copy of my policy , told it that was not a problem, still waiting for it and my holiday starts in 5 days

You can also view your documents by creating an online account here www.justtravelcover.com/myaccount Alternatively, the policy number & medical assistance number is all you need to have to hand during your trip. As return customers the question process is long and tedious. Why not just ask have there been any medical or personal changes since the last policy was taken out. Easy!

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I have spoken to our medical screening team with regards to this, they have advised for us to add a 'Benign essential tremor' to the medical screening in order to cover you for Orthostatic tremor, as this is not specifically listed. There are no additional medical questions for this condition and no additional charge. I have updated your policy accordingly and sent you an email with the endorsement as confirmation. Excellent price, but when I wanted a price for adding another person onto my policy I couldn't as they wanted to speak to them, even though I have done this in the past with other travel insurance company's

Cover was fine but took out family gold policy, however this on covers 2 people under the smart luggage scheme

Quite surprised that the same annual cover had more than doubled in price since last year. I realise that we are both one year older but have exactly the same medical conditions. After many years with this company I think it may be time to shop around when this policy expires. The lady who handled the quote was very pleasant.

Within few days of the quotation and the acual time taken the insurance cover, the premium shoot up by 32% from the original quote. Thats pathetic service and policy of Just Travel Cover to do business with the regular customer, Not worth recommending other travellers in my opinion. I wIll think twice in future to do business with Just Travel Cover

They were doing well until I realised that I had neglected to add Asthma to my list of pre existing conditions. The reason I forgot is that I have had mild asthma for over 40 years and is has not caused me any problems in the last 35 years. I called them to admit my mistake and add asthma. I didn't think it would add much cost to the policy. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the premium had increased by £170. Not £170 total, that was just the increase. I cancelled it at that point and went elsewhere.

The prices from our insurers depend on a range of factors such as type of policy, trip duration, destination, age and medical screening. I can see the advisor you spoke to offered to look at alternative options with other insurers on our panel however this was not something you were interested in at the time. I was sent a 13% discount code, but it didn't work. I phoned your call centre, but they would not honour it. I found a 12% discount code myself online and purchased the insurance myself online I have been using your company for many years and find your products excellent, but the attitude of the person I spoke to was bad and did not reflect the products you sell.

I used Just Travel Cover last year, and so I decided to use them again. This time was not as good as my account with the insurers was not activated, so I could not access any documents. Wenzel however fixed it straight away

Rang for a quote which I accepted. The advisor told me the payment system was down so she would ring back later. She rang me back and took my payment details but after a few minutes said the payment system wasn't working. Another advisor rang me the next morning and processed the payment successfully. I checked my account online and saw that the payment had been taken from my account twice. I had to ring back on two occasions before being told that I would be refunded for the first transaction. The refund has still not been made as yet.

Just received an email after purchasing travel insurance asking "how did we do" I went online, I searched for quotes, I filled in my details, I submitted the data, I paid my premium! You didn't do anything!
