“Rang for a quote which I accepted. The advisor told me the payment system was down so she would ring back later. She rang me back and took my payment details but after a few minutes said the payment system wasn't working. Another advisor rang me the next morning and processed the payment successfully. I checked my account online and saw that the payment had been taken from my account twice. I had to ring back on two occasions before being told that I would be refunded for the first transaction. The refund has still not been made as yet.”

“Just received an email after purchasing travel insurance asking "how did we do" I went online, I searched for quotes, I filled in my details, I submitted the data, I paid my premium! You didn't do anything!”

“Can only put acceptable as the next day after purchasing cover I received an email offering a discount on travel insurance which was never mentioned on the call, note to self ....shop around.”

“I'm very wary of all insurers so Just Travel Cover is not being singled out. I consider the price to be pretty outrageous tbh . I also suspect that I pay over the odds as I'm over 70 years of age which isn't particularly fair as I'm quite fit and well.”

“I tried to use the online way to put the details into the document when it froze! Reverted to the phone and had a hazardous conversation with a, what sounded to be a young lady, with Liverpool accent. Had to ask her to speak more clearly, and repeat the questions and to slow down the speed of her words per minute, so me and my disabled wife could answer her questions.”

“I bought and paid for the policy and a week later I had an email from you asking if I wanted to continue with buying the policy!! And the policy -for 15 days only - was £1,382 which had already cleared my account. I wasn't too impressed with that.”

“Used them last year very good,but this time they got my email address wrote down wrong. So I had to ring up because I hadn't received my insurance policy this is how I found out about my email being wrong.”
