“Less than excellent because of the lack of understanding displayed concerning a benign and slowly progressive health issue. Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy presents zero acute risk, and therefore should not represent a reason for increasing our payment. A large percentage of men in middle to old age experience this condition, are satisfactorily treated for it, and can expect to die of some unrelated cause in due course. BPH does not present a short-term insurance risk.”
