“Had to amend our policy twice, once by email for an error in a date of birth and then on the phone because our original holiday was cancelled. Email was replied to as soon as open in office hours and then phone call answered very promptly. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. Have been using this company for years and this is why.”
