“One of the dates was wrong and when I tried to change it on the website it wouldn’t let me and when you phone up you are in a queue .”

“Searched online for quotes and found Just Travel to be the cheapest for the cover I required. Easy to set up and received docs via email with no problems.”

“Only problems we had was getting our documents on line to print them ,it kept asking us to create a password but it kept saying we was out of time kept trying but wouldn't let us do it”

“My previous Travel Insurance company upped my premium by 80% for absolutely no reason. I did a search on a comparison site and found Just Travel. Same benefits with less excess and at less than I paid last year. I would highly recommend Just Travel for your annual worldwide travel insurance if you have a pre-existing medical condition.”

“Very disappointed with my recent purchase of a week's travel at Christmas. I was told that the cost would be covered to a total of £1500. The holiday is costing £1555 and I wasn't too bothered about the extra £55 loss. However when I received the paperwork the holiday is covered only up to £1250. Very disappointed!!!”

“I was recommended by my brother as he is with Just travel, it was easy for me to get a quote but I don't have any illnesses so very straightforward. But when I try and get my husband covered that might be a different matter. As he has several ailments.”
