“Disappointing, I had email from Just Travel, back in September offering me 20% discount if I bought before 30th September. However, when I phoned to buy he told me that offer was no longer available, I did explain that I had only got email that day and it was till the 30th, very blunt with me so I hung up. However, because I had good service before and I had further email saying 15% discount, I bought my policy.”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear of the experience you had. Unfortunately, we did not run a 20% offer in September the highest discount to our customers was 15%. Please can you forward the email you recieved to marketing@justtravelcover.com so we can look into this further for you. Thank you, Sarah

“As soon as I book a holiday my next move is to purchase holiday insurance cover from Just Travel Cover. It gives me peace of mind should the holiday be cancelled and when I am on holiday I am covered for any eventualities.”

“I was directed to them by the cruise company as my prevous travel cover had run out, and I liked the concise way the medical questions were handled- previous investigations with different companies meant long involved delving into operations over and done with years ago, whereas Just Travel asked me about general health and what was going on this year and what if any problems I was having. The price was competitive too.”
