“The whole process of insuring my wife and myself was easy and more pleasant than I expected. “It was fine, I had to phone an advisor but she dealt with my questions okay. I'd also had a quote from another travel insurance company. My main difficulty was trying to work out the differences of the 2 policies, the layout of the 2 websites.”

“Signing up was easy, it was good to be able to say up front that you needed cruise cover. The only thing I would say is that answering "yes" to some of the questions asked doesn't automatically mean you have a pre-existing medical condition (i.e. have you been to the doctor in the last five years), but the site seems to take it that it does.”
