“Unfortunately the email was sent to me confirming my travel insurance but when I clicked to retrieve my documents it addressed me as my husband and when I logged onto his account no documents were there. Me and my husband use the same email account for leisure emails so it looks like your system can't handle that. I rang up customer services who eventually gave me a password to download my documents from some website. This is terrible and we will not use your company again for travel insurance until you fix this error in your system”

“The experience over the telephone was very straightforward and completed in less time than I had expected. I'm sorry, I can't remember the assistance's name, but she was very efficient. I am now waiting for the material in the post as I prefer to have things in hard copy.”

“Always get a quote from just travel and other companies but always end up using just travel as their policies are exactly what we need at a very good price. We find they can’t be beaten.”

“My communication by telephone was extremely straight forward, the purpose of my call was to obtain travel insurance which was accomplished with very few problems. Mostly thanks to the person I spoke to who I believe was Danielle.”

“I love your cover - but what winds us up is a two week lasting flu stays on for 5 years ? Why - and it was just the normal flu !!”

Although flu is a minor condition, our pre-medical declaration specifically asks about any conditions you have had treatment for or seen a medical practitioner about within the last 5 years. Therefore, if it does fall within this criteria, we must add the condition to your policy to ensure you are fully covered.
