“Used them 9 out of 10 times always helpful on the phone if required.Fortunatley never had to claim so fingers crossed they are as good as their word if required.”

“Didn't like the idea that my call originally went through to a call centre in south africa but managed to get transferred to Naomi in Sunderland who was very helpful and even managed to get my paperwork mailed quickly to me. Can't comment further as I haven't had to make a claim yet.”

“I found just travel website easy to use and everything was laid out well. I got a very good quote for my cruise so went ahead a purchased travel insurance with them. I have used just travel for a number of years. They always have competitive travel insurance quotes.”

“When l was sent the email with policy attachments, they wouldn'topen. I had to ring you and they said it was a technical problem and will send them in the post. Haven't received them yet.”

“I can’t access my IPID and policy wording without logging on. Why don’t you send it as a PDF when you confirm cover. I cannot access my account for some reason and password reset doesn’t work. This is not customer friendly and is an obstacle.”
