“I have used Just Travel Corner on several occasions to provide travel cover when I have a declared medical condition. I have not made a claim to date and that would be the real test, but hopefully I will not need to do so.”

“The renewal process for annual multi trip, on 6yj March, was straightforward and reasonably quick. I had to decline various attempts at upgrades or to buy add-ons but otherwise the advisor was clear and helpful. I was surprised howvever to receive an email on 20th March stating that my annual policy had expired which was correct but then saying the following: "We understand there may be several reasons that you have not renewed your annual cover, but if you have simply forgotten please don’t hesitate to call us on 0800 124 4649 and we will get you set up straight away. If you do not wish to proceed with an Annual Multi-Trip policy and you do not have any holidays booked please don't hesitate to contact us next time you need Travel Insurance and we will be more than happy to help." This was disconcerting to say the least! I had to check with you that the policy had been renewed.”
