“My wife and I have used Just Travel Cover for many years, and as we live locally have always gone to Toward road H Q to renew our travel insurance cover. Obviously we are always satisfied with the service we receive, and at our ages 80 and 77, we prefer speaking to someone in person. Unfortunately we are now not allowed access. Although we would still prefer this service, the young lady(called Abi) was very proficient, polite, and helpful to all our needs. The price and requirements of all our needs were met, so job done very satisfactorily.”

Also, dealing with customer's over the phone ensures that all of our calls are recorded.
