“This is the second time I have bought holiday insurance from Just Travel. The sales assistants are always pleasant, and helpful. I have found their rates very cost effective in comparison to other holiday insurance companies. I have never made a claim, so I cannot comment, but I am confident there would be no issues if I ever did need to make a claim.”

“I spoke to a very helpful person named Paul. He helped me through the long and for me, complicated questions, as I have some health issues. I knew I would need to explain everything. Very quickly I was able to feel confident that he understood and led the way smoothly with relevant questions. Not surprisingly I was shocked by the price, but from the start, Paul gave me suitable alternatives and explained the different levels of cover. I was able to make a well-informed choice, that I feel safe with for my cruise in April.”

“My one, main negative comment is that you prefer to conduct business over the phone. I had difficulty with regional accents and my hearing is not great anyway. It is also too easy to forget details such as medical history when being asked a lot of questions over the phone. Since the questions are obviously scripted and read, why not provide the option of completing them online or via email?”

Dear Mr Trehane, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we appreciate your feedback. Quotations can be completed online via our website www.justtravelcover.com. However, the website does prompt you to call if you do answer questions 4-6 of our medical declaration as Yes. These questions relate to psychiatric conditions, further investigations/treatment and/or terminal illnesses. As we are a broker, we have a number of insurers on our panel, and they have different terms surrounding these conditions which we need to discuss with you. You do have a 14-day cooling off period from the day you receive your documents to check everything is correct and we can make amendments if necessary.
