“As I find it difficult to hear on the phone (now85) Ellie was very patient and got me a quote which I could finally accept. I think Just Travel have looked after me a few times before and will again. My tip shop around then call them!!”

“Although it is never a possibility to simply update a previous year's cover (somewhat annoying and time wasting) they do have it to hand and at the end of the quote will ask appropriate questions. The agents are very professional and understand when a medical declaration takes a long time! The cost was competitive for our age and less than we paid last October for a shorter cruise( due to discharge from a medical problem) . Ellie was really good on the phone.”

“Just got a quote for a trip to India. Came at over £6K. Ridiculous price. When I had to have hospital treatment in India before, 3 days in a private room was less than the excess of £500 on my policy. So I couldn't claim anyway. No sign of shared risk with these people.”

Dear Shaun, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have accessed your quotation and can see you had chosen to exclude baggage & cancellation cover. When this is selected our website will only show policies that have this option. However, we do have an insurer at a lot more of a competitive price but they automatically include baggage and cancellation at no extra cost on their Silver & Gold policies therefore when we tick to exclude, they aren't shown on the panel.
