“One of the cheaper travel insurance brokers, but with big benefits. Their web site was easy to negotiate and also to change some of the cover. The documents were easy to download. I found phoning their office for clarification of parts of the cover was easy and the service staff were pleasant, some of my questions were I suppose quite basic but I was treated with great civility. Not had reason to make a claim so can't give 5 stars, that will be the proof of the pudding.”

“Very difficult to deal with complex information over the telephone - especially for people with hearing impairment. Surely medical details could be submitted online and only followed up by phone if specifically necessary??”

You can complete a quotation through our website however the website will prompt you to call us should you answer yes to any of the following medical questions: - Have you ever been diagnosed or treated for any form of anxiety, depression or psychiatric condition including eating disorders? - Have you been placed on a waiting list currently for investigations or treatment? - Have you been diagnosed by a medical practitioner as suffering from a terminal illness?
