Dear Mr Thaiparambil, Thank you for your review, I can see your policy documents were emailed to you on 16/10/2023 however your account is showing as 'new' rather than 'active' meaning you have not yet created an online account with us. I will send a new email to you now with a link to follow to create your account. Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact our office. Kind Regards, Claire

“The travel agent was particularly good and patient as I am hard of hearing and he had to repeat questions a number of times, but we got there in the end. I will use them again.”

“This was by far the best online shopping experience I have ever had! I had a couple of queries and so decided to ring the contact number the next morning to clarify! Dreading the call, I rang in and spoke to the most pleasant, professional and transparent representative I have ever spoken to. I wish I could remember the young ladles name. But, all I can say for sure is that she is a real credit to Just Travel. We'll done to the whole team. You will be my first 'go to' in the future 👍”
