“Friendly, attentive, professional staff. However, when I stated I wanted the same level of cover as the previous year, they were unable to provide me with these details, so we had to go through the ENTIRE process again and I had to search for my previous insurance details myself during the call. This made the process a lot longer than it needed to be, wasting my time and the time of the staff.”
