“We have only one issue with Just Travel and that was when, I had the flu - ONLY THE FLU, ( which as normal only lasts under two weeks ) On booking a holiday, and being honest, as yes I had a cold / flu at the time of booking - to be then told this would be on our records for 5 years. This of course upsets me as well as your customer services team when they constantly bring up the 48 hour / 2 week flu everyone in the world gets. This is not logical, professional or doing anyones mental health any good.”

Our medical declaration would only require you to declare a cold or flu if you have been prescribed medication, received treatment, attended a medical practitioner's surgery or attended the hospital as an in or outpatient for it.
