“At the moment I can only judge them on ease of setting up the cover , what is included in the cover and communication about that cover as I have yet to take the trip but all is good so far - easy process, reasonably priced and good communication . Would recommend so far”

“Hello, once again, after 8 years or so, I was delighted with the approachability, detail and assurance provided by Just Travel and at short notice, too. As can happen with Travel and Holiday travel. Great peace of mind, I love the 'people service' from the call handlers, and also post sale connection and links, its a formula that works and gives great satisfaction in a world with annoying automated services and phone systems . Just Travel also ensures you stay connected as a customer down the line so, if the time comes to renew or get cover again, it's easy.”

“Broke my shoulder in an accident the day before travelling. Minimal support and refusal by insurers to pay cancellation fees, despite me being in considerable pain, unable to drive and unable to undertake planned holiday (backpacking in Pyrenees).”

“I had a query - long delay when I called you and I gave up in the end. Emailed asking for a call back - no response. Couple of days later, tried to call again: after a wait, I spoke with your agent and to be honest her accent was so strong, it was difficult to understand her. Ovetall. a very poor experience.”

“Have used Just Travel for the past 4 years , as I got older and developed a couple of medical conditions needed better cover , tried a couple of companies for quotes who were either very expensive or unhelpful, not so with Just Cover , straight away and every year since find all staff , friendly, helpful and professional, always feel confident am well insured , would definitely recommend this company”
