“Always use just travel.All the staff are really lovely & patient as myself & husband have got alot of medical issues to disclose.Also I have had quotes from other companies but they are more expensive.Fortunatly I have never had to claim.So I can't comment on that.”

“I went with Just Travel because I had used them before. However this time I found it very difficult and stressful to get a quote and finally purchase my insurance on-line. Each time I went back i was unable to retrieve the quotes. I called and had a long wait, was passed to someone else and had another long wait. I then found out that although the quote itself remains valid the reference no. expires at midnight, which is why I was unable to retrieve them. I settled ona new quote, and then had difficulty paying with a credit card (I do not use Paypal etc.), without registering with some Microsoft account, which I did not want to do. I sent an email and it was sorted, but it was a lengthy and stressful process. I have given a 4 star, because the provision itself is good.”
