“Only waited a few minutes on the phone before speaking to Paul who is a credit to the team. He listened to my requirements and got me a good quote .Excellent service from start to finish. I had annual travel insurance with another well known company with my husband's pre existing conditions all submitted but because he was having a planned procedure in the next few month's they said he wouldn't be insured and neither would they reimburse us for the holiday. Just Travel were the exact opposite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In fact after my husband's procedure we will be contacting them again for our next holiday”

“As usual very good. A lot of background conversion on my penultimate call made it very difficult to hear the operator properly”

“We've used this company for travel insurance for several years now. We have always found them very helpful and easy to deal with. On this occasion we spoke with Danielle who was patient and understanding. She offered us several options until we found the policy that best met with our requirements. We are happy to recommend this company for your travel insurance needs.”
