“On the 7th February I receied a quote from Just Travel for the amount of £1417.76. I could not take immediate action until we received confirmation from Ambassador Cruise LIne of our booking enquiry. On the 8th February I received another E-mail from Just Travel offering a 10% reduction bringing the cost down to £1275.99. On the 11th February I received confirmation from Ambassador that the cruise booking was confirmed, so I immediately rang Just Travel to confirm the insurance. I was told in a rather abrupt manner that the cost of the insurnace had now been increased due to the delay on my part, and was now £1385.22-an increase of £109.23 in the space of 3 days! I reluctantly paid the full amount for fear of a further increase being imposed. Receipt was acknowledged in your E-Mail dated 11 February, although I continue to receive E-Mails from Just Travel about confirming my booking and offering a saving of 10% on travel insurnace with code FINAL 10. I am therfore unhappy with the treatment I have received and will certainly not be recommending Just Travel.”

“Easy to use website. Prices are very reasonable. Haven't made a claim yet so unable to comment on this. I asked for my documents to be sent in the post, which they were most happy to do (not received these yet but hopefully soon) would recommend Just Travel.”

“As we only go on short coach breaks in great Britain now travel insurance is quite expensive. We think there should be insurance just for shortt break holidays in the UK.”
