“I phoned for a travel insurance quote and the lady who I dealt with was excellent. She was efficient and patient, repeating when necessary, and helpful when I wasn’t sure how to answer. My only ‘issue’ was the cost of the insurance! But that’s just a fact of life at our age and with our medical histories!”
