“The website is good, and easy to understand. However, in my case, after having had to telephone to get quotes - because of existing health conditions - I found it rather exasperating that having had an e-mail with my quote options, I was unable to 'buy' one of them online? So, simply because I wished to see the small print on the levels of cover and did not want to buy until I had, I had to then re-telephone, waiting in the queue to speak to someone, in order to actually buy a policy - yet my quotes had already been saved online on your website. Levels of cover options good and seem good value. Personnel all pleasant and helpful”
