“Good feeling about obtaining insurance with appropriate pre-existing medical condition. Had much difficulty in accessing my account with the policy documents. Putting in new password failed about 15 times and had to get hold of your staff to resolve this.”

“I renewed my European policy cover this year as the policy is underwritten by a very reputable company (AIG). Just Travel provided good cover for me last year and a like for like policy for 2023/2024 was only £15.00 more than I paid last year. I can’t comment on the service provided as I had no need to make a claim last year. I hope the same applies this year. The policy; on both occasions; was easy to set up and had the necessary cover that I was looking for.”

“I have purchased my travel cover. Your voucher made it competitive. I nearly didn’t purchase simple because I felt harassed with so many messages from Just Travel when I was comparing other offers. If I hadn’t had access to the voucher I would not have purchased from you because of this”
