“I have used Just Travel 4 times now and will continue as they are very helpful, polite and very nice to talk to when selecting the correct policy for my medical conditions. Luckily i haven't had to make a claim to date but know that if i did i feel confident that they process accordinly. Having the Smart luggage added with my policies is a great reassurance if my luggage doesnt arrive with me. I would highly recommend.”

“I purchased 3 single trip insurance policies over the phone on the same day. The lady who dealt with my requests gave me quotations for single trips and also yearly multi trips to see which was the best options for me because of my health conditions. Excellent service,very polite and answered all of my queries. We also had a common thread as we have both had numerous holidays in Tenerife and chatted about that island.”
