Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologise for the wait time in speaking to a member of our team and I am pleased that you successfully managed to purchase your policy. We have recently changed our online customer journey making it simpler for customers to get a Travel Insurance quote online. We also have our live chat facility where real members of our team are able to assist during office opening hours. Thank you, Sarah

“I am always getting messages of offers and have used you already this year so it made sense to do so again. I can’t remember the name of the lady that called me back but she was very good. I was surprised that they couldn’t use the information from my recent insurance as a template. It would have saved so much time”

“Competitive price. Easy application.”

“Easy to get covered, so I felt assured that in a medical situation I would not be faced with a life having bill possibly, once I went away. There’s nothing like a clear mind with yet another thing less to worry about.”

“I started the application process online then left the quote overnight to think about it. I was emailed the next day and completed the process by phone. It took a while to get through but the handler was lovely .. polite and efficient .. I then competed my purchase. Thank you Just Travel once again. I have used you several times and you never let me down.”

“Absolute rubbish. The functionality on your website is awful and despite several efforts I have not been able to create an account and log in. Have cancelled the purchase under the 14 day cooling off period.”
