“The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I have attempted to contact Justmylook 6 times but I have not had a single response from a human (only one response from an AI chatbot). I will have to raise a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing and will not use again.”

“I ordered some hair straighteners for my son, they sent the wrong ones so I returned them asking for a refund. They then sent through the right ones after I had already bought them from Boots as he was attending an event. On having to return them again I had to pay for delivery. Can’t talk to anyone, everything is automated and the English in the written replies is awful.”

“My package arrived with one item missing. I ordered 7 items. It only received 6. Your customer care is horrible and you’ve failed to resolve this issue. So, no, it was unfortunately a bad experience for me and I regret purchasing from you. Also, no matter how low the price is, I will not shop here again and will definitely not be recommending it!”
