“Website and ordering works well. However unfortunately my order was not fulfilled.correctly and I am.still trying to resolve as email.response times are extremely slow (at least a week between responses). My order has been returned but I fear the replacement will not be very quick”

“The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I have attempted to contact Justmylook 6 times but I have not had a single response from a human (only one response from an AI chatbot). I will have to raise a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing and will not use again.”
