“Worst experience ever ! Parcel for lost , appreciate this happens but I was getting 1 email every 2 days to resolve the matter , it’s such a poor customer service experience considering all I needed was a reorder for my best friends birthday gifts. WhatsApp chat is useless and email is useless … social media platforms are useless as well. I won’t be shopping here again ! Cult beauty is better”

“Delivery time was emailed to me as Tuesday. Turned up Saturday prior and just left at .y front door. Raised it to justmylook and basically as it was left at my house its nk longer Their problem that's its gone missing. Told me to do the leg work with royal mail. Their issue and their customer let down won't use again.”

“Love my purhase however the courier was appualing I was sat waiting on my drive and watched the driver drive straight past no attempt to stop I then got an email saying no one home so parcel has been delivered to a DPD store for collection over 5 mies away the next working day - so vey annoying!!”

“The 2nd review I have been asked for and as I stated previously it’s been an extremely bad experience. The wrong shade was sent out - which I couldn’t see until it was opened. A refund or an offer to send the correct shade was not given - very disappointed”

“Reason for 1 star is you sent me wrong colour foundation, I email you to tell you this, I got a reply asking me to send photo of the wrong foundation you sent me as well as order number which I done , you sent me an email to say ye got photo, I was told someone would be in contact with me , I have heard nothing from you, I have sent a few emails and nothing from you, so I would like fir ye to fix your mistake as soon as possible or refund me my money so I can get correct foundation colour from another company.”
