“Sent the wrong item then were awkward about arranging an exchange. Expected me to arrange collection which didn’t turn up for days then would refuse to chase this up, asking me to chase it up. Terrible service would not recommend”

“I ordered the wrong shampoo so got in touch with right away to ask them to cancel my order they said they couldn’t do that so when then order came I had to send it back wait for a refund then order the right one I wanted a lot of hassle so won’t be ordering again”

“Its a fast online service, however wt I dnt like abt them is I just placed an order and in half an hour I was trying to cancel it and they did not let me cancel it. The customer service was also not good. The order was nt confirmed as it was just half an hour to the time when order was placed but there service was so slow thay they could nt reach out to the relevant department to cancel the order”
