“Quick delivery of order. This is my 2nd time buying wella shampoo and conditioner but this time the conditioner is very thin and not as good as previously. Hopefully this is just the one bottle as I purchased some for my daughters too.”

“I will never order from this company again. I ordered a styling brush and obviously I had to open it to try it. Once opened the brush took an age to charge. It didn't hold it's charge. It didn't not smooth my hair. I kept hitting the off button as it is in such an awkward position on the handle. I had to pay to return the brush to be told I could not return it as it had been used !!! If I hadn't opened it and tried it, how would I know if it was any good ????”

“Horrendous, parcel returned to sender via royal mail which was then lost by royal mail, refuse to give me refund or replacements. Do not respond to chat and don't respond to emails so out of pocket and they are doing absolutely nothing about it”
