“Brilliant site, lots of great Korean skincare. Very easy to navigate, some really good prices and easy delivery. As an Irish customer delivery takes longer than advised but seriously who would mind an extra day or two when you can buy what you need!”

“Usually I have no issue with JML service bit this time I ordered this SPF to take with me on holiday on the 13th May, JML dispatched it straight away but Royal Mail sent me parcel to another depot in error and advised it has been re routed. Its been 10 days and I have still not received my parcel and I'm travelling tomorrow. I messaged JML via Whatsapp over the weekend and I have not received any reply sp far. Very poor service from Justmylook and Royal Mail!”

“Received my order within a reasonable time. All fragrances were well packaged and first class. Ordered a few times now from justmylook and they always have good competitive prices. “I used to buy frequently from Justmylook until my last order. I bought a Minimalist hair mask from them that was unsealed and half empty. Their response was that they do not guarantee that the products are new and sealed from the manufacturer. So unhappy with this. I do not recommend them”
