“Just remember to look at size of bottles as thought I was getting a abargin but actually they where miniature bottles so not such a bargin”

“Good value products and quick delivery. However my order was damaged and it’s not been possible to get a refund to date . I’ve sent photos and returned a damaged bottle of shampoo that had leaked , so not an easy task but no reply to emails ! So great as long as you don’t have any issues post purchase.”

“One item as unsuitable as I’d Ordere wrong item and 5 days to receive any customer service contact after several emails about a return. Chat options always offline no matter what time I tried to engage. Then at night and when I replied with reverent information, treated it like a re request. Most unhelpful.”
