Terrible costumer service. I have been sent the wrong item, after almos 15 days still haven't send me what I paid for. Contacted you 3 times complaining and you just reply asking for your item back and ignoring me. Don't appreciate being treated like this especially after your mistake. Will be my last purchase even thought I used to be a costumer.

1st delivery excellent. 2nd delivery checkout wouldn't accept card payment. Used Chat and PayPal came up. Went through to Payment, seemed successful but account remained unpaid. Email took 3 days forreply

Did not answer any of my emails telling them that they sent me the wrong order. Kept the product even though its not what I ordered. Always kept my ordering to one company I paid the price by going to this company never again I have learnt my lesson.

Item didn’t arrived, I spoke to CS representative as Royal Mail delivered item to unsure of where, as Royal Mail marked as delivered I would have to wait upto 3 weeks for an investigation. No refund, replacement ( not my fault ) I don’t even think the CS even registered my complaint very unhelpful - I was fuming to say the least as it was a birthday gift for a little girl. Attached is the picture of proof of delivery.

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. We will provide an update when we hear from Royal Mail, and can act accordingly based on the outcome. I have ordered on the 11th march still not received my order apparently 1of my items was out of stock and I'm getting refunded for that one. And my other 2 supposidly getting dispatched not had them yet so not happy at all.
