i'm never buying from JUSTGEEK ever, worst customer service i have ever dealt with, they tell you 1 thing, let you spend your money then switch up on what they tell you, say its not their problem but not even update customers. I even had PAYPAL close a case again JUSTGEEK in my favor and paid me for my refund because even they agreed with me on the phone you guys shouldve updated fans insted of arguing with them and giving them the most pointless resolve. DO not every buy from this compay. Many people on youtube comments have even agreed. WHEN YOU CANT PROVIDE SOMETHING YOU PROMOTED AND WERE EVEN ASKED PRIOR......UPDATE YOUR FANS DONT SIT THERE AND BE QUIET!

Do not use site if you are shipping to Ireland . Bought 3 Tubz and ended up being charged import fees. Not worth you while as pushes costs to high. Use another site you know you won’t be caught by import charges is my advice. Once bitten twice shy will never use this site again

Pre ordered a Grinch duck tubbz. Website said it would be released October. I've been very patient. I have not received emails or any messages calls with an updated. Everything is paid for. Please complete your end of the business transaction and make this right. Ive been excited as a new tubbz customer. I couldn't return an item that was too small because it was on sale. Apparently distance selling does not apply to sale items.

I ordered the Official Jurassic Park Christmas Jumper / Ugly Sweater - UK 3XL / US 2XL and it fit in the body and was extremely tight in my upper arms.  I could barely bend my arms.  The body fit just fine though.   I am not overweight or bulky or even muscular.  This fit is so strange. It is not wearable and the fabric will not stretch because it is acrylic. I live in New Jersey, USA and did not realize that this company is located in the UK. I emailed that I wanted to return the sweater and the said I would have to pay for shipping to return it. Well, shipping to the UK from here is more than I spent on the sweater! Now, I am stuck with a sweater that has freakishly narrow sleeves and is not wearable. Worst company ever and customer service is awful. Order at your own risk. I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again!

The item I ordered was ordered on April 17th. I've checked the tracking of Royal Mail, and it is still showing the same status of "Item Received at" (Tyneside MC). I called Royal Mail. they said they see the same status and it is odd that it isn't showing any sign of updated information since the 17th. This is a gift that I am planning to give to a family member on May 8th. They advised that I call Just Geek directly and ask for an update. Just Geek did get in touch in a timely manner. But they provided me with a USPS link. That link has been showing the same status, "Your item has been processed through a facility in LANGLEY E, UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND at 3:32 am on April 20, 2023" It' is now 5/1. I don't know if I will ever get this. It was intended as a gift for a family member and I need it here by May 4th.

I waited for a year for my product, it was meant to be a special birthday gift. After many months of waiting it got delayed, it got delayed multiple times and when i got into contact with customer service they assured me the stock would come, which was why i held out on refunding as i waited so long and put so much effort to getting this gift. Come today and i was refunded without any compassion from the customer service team and stating i was not allowed any compensation or help with my situation and had made me disgusted at the service i have received snd will not use it again for the forseeable future

I love this store but this is the last time I'm ordering through them. They changed systems or whatever and lost my old account with my points and they will not respond to my husband on his account and his previous order status. This is not how you keep customers. On top of the fact that my order still came from the UK went through customs and the box was completely damaged.

Frustrating user experience, one size items are usually very small and flimsy, especially the destiny snapback which would not stay hooked unless it was tapped and didn't even fit me despite allegedly being "1 size fits all"

Do not trust this shop for international pre-orders. I pre-ordered the Numskull Resident Evil Licker Statue the 13th of July. The official release date is September. Surprisingly, they sent the package the 4th of August, but it never was delivered. According to the shipping company, there were problems at customs due to errors in the origin, the package was retained a few days and finally was sent back. I contacted JustGeek them to resend the package, but they don't do that: the statues will be in a warehouse until nobody knows when.

1/2 size of the movie prop. very light weight. paid almost 50 with shipping but its worth maybe 12 to 15 on a good day. ill be reviewing it for my youtube fans....spoiler its wont do well

order never arrived but did it ever leave ?… To my request for information, the only answer was : we have refunded your purchase and there is no tracking number of the DHL parcel and it is like that ! Unsavory website. To flee !!!

took 10 days to dispatch! delivery on the website was quoted as "24hrs from dispatch", which sounds like next day delivery, who'd think it would take 10 days to pick and pack the order and get it out the warehouse.

I was fooled thinking there was an actually sale for Christmas sweaters. Come find out it was $15.00 for shipping and items are coming from the UK. It's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive the item. Which also means I won't be receiving the sweater before Christmas
