I waited for a year for my product, it was meant to be a special birthday gift. After many months of waiting it got delayed, it got delayed multiple times and when i got into contact with customer service they assured me the stock would come, which was why i held out on refunding as i waited so long and put so much effort to getting this gift. Come today and i was refunded without any compassion from the customer service team and stating i was not allowed any compensation or help with my situation and had made me disgusted at the service i have received snd will not use it again for the forseeable future

Ordered the dirty Harry figurine back in may and haven't received a date of when it's been sent. Never Order anything from this site again

I love this store but this is the last time I'm ordering through them. They changed systems or whatever and lost my old account with my points and they will not respond to my husband on his account and his previous order status. This is not how you keep customers. On top of the fact that my order still came from the UK went through customs and the box was completely damaged.

Frustrating user experience, one size items are usually very small and flimsy, especially the destiny snapback which would not stay hooked unless it was tapped and didn't even fit me despite allegedly being "1 size fits all"

Do not trust this shop for international pre-orders. I pre-ordered the Numskull Resident Evil Licker Statue the 13th of July. The official release date is September. Surprisingly, they sent the package the 4th of August, but it never was delivered. According to the shipping company, there were problems at customs due to errors in the origin, the package was retained a few days and finally was sent back. I contacted JustGeek them to resend the package, but they don't do that: the statues will be in a warehouse until nobody knows when.

1/2 size of the movie prop. very light weight. paid almost 50 with shipping but its worth maybe 12 to 15 on a good day. ill be reviewing it for my youtube fans....spoiler its wont do well

Purchased 2 ducks, however 1 was out of stock, apparently this bunch of c**nts only send out when all things are in stock!! Arseoles!!

order never arrived but did it ever leave ?… To my request for information, the only answer was : we have refunded your purchase and there is no tracking number of the DHL parcel and it is like that ! Unsavory website. To flee !!!

I ordered items Dec 3rd and was told they shipped, still haven’t received a tracking number or any other information. Not impressed.

took 10 days to dispatch! delivery on the website was quoted as "24hrs from dispatch", which sounds like next day delivery, who'd think it would take 10 days to pick and pack the order and get it out the warehouse.

I was fooled thinking there was an actually sale for Christmas sweaters. Come find out it was $15.00 for shipping and items are coming from the UK. It's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive the item. Which also means I won't be receiving the sweater before Christmas

Shipping methods are very poor. Ordered both of the Dark Souls tubbz ducks and they were shipped internationally in very cheap packaging. The ducks were fine (I mean they are rubber) but as a collector who displays Dark Souls collectibles NIB, I was very dissatisfied. Also on their contact us page they have absolutely no methods of contact listed (I was specifically looking for a customer service email), and could not find one.

If you consider ordering inside EU, just don't. You'll end up paying 3x the item's price in taxes and shipping. The already expensive shipping price does not include the VAT of entry in the country and DHL requests more money just to process the paperwork. Just not worth it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! I ordered two items that were on pre-order. Within seconds, they took my money. No delivery date, though ... When I asked them by email, they refused to give me an estimated delivery date, simply told me that that is how they do business ... Taking my money, and I will probably have to wait several months for a delivery? Unacceptable, and simply shocking. I now hope that they will refund my money asap.

I placed an order 5th June, one of the items was a pre order, expected by end of June. As of today 7th July have still not received my order and have sent numerous emails and messenger messages and have had no reply or updates. I don’t mind the item being delayed but I find it disgraceful for any business to ignore any contact - the customer service (if there is any) of this company is diabolical.

Hi Rachel, I'm so sorry you haven't been receiving our replies to your emails. I can assure you we have been replying through our email software so I'm not sure if may there has been an issue with the emails being sent, or the replies that are coming through may be going to your spam folder. The only other thing it may be is that I have noticed the email you have used on this site is slightly different to the one you have been sending us emails on; it may be worth checking that inbox also, the email address we have ends in @icloud.com. I have spoken with the supplier of the preorder item you are waiting for and unfortunately this item is now delayed until September/October. This is due to shipment delays that all suppliers are facing right now and unfortunately are completely out of our control. I'm really sorry that it is not better news and that we can't get your bag to you sooner. We are at the mercy of our suppliers as we don't manufacture these products ourselves, so release information is often sporadic and unreliable. I completely understand if you would like to cancel your order due to the delay, please let us know.
