“I recently bought a sweater from this brand, and it’s been one of my favorite purchases. The design is stylish, and the quality feels great—clearly a lot of thought and care went into it. Unfortunately, the sweater did develop a small tear. I tried to fix it myself, but I also reached out to the brand to see if a replacement might be an option. I understand these things happen, and it doesn’t take away from the overall positive experience I’ve had with their products. Despite the issue, I’m still a fan of the brand and look forward to trying more of their collection. Thanks for making such well-crafted items!”

“If these options are visible then they were not obvious enough for me to notice when checking out - I bought my products as a gift for a friend, but there was no gift option available so they received the package and I assume received a receipt of the cost which is annoying. Not a huge deal, but it seems like a common request to withhold the receipt. I also chose to checkout with Paypal which has all my billing and shipping information already. Once my purchase was confirmed through Paypal, I still had to type in my shipping information on the just-geek site. A major draw of using Paypal is to avoid manually typing this information and honestly I'd prefer you didn't store my PII but rather temporarily pulled it from Paypal through their APIs. I'm revisting my cart and I'm honestly not sure the steps I took, if I used the express checkout with Paypal or if I ignored that option and went ahead and typed in my information; even so it seems strange to offer Paypal on the express checkout then I'm also allowed to use Paypal to checkout if I choose the other "non-express" checkout? Paypal has the ability to setup different shipping addresses already. The products themselves were well received - thank you!”

“Good product however I do not recall being asked to subscribe to newsletters and geting spammed emails. I unsubbed to newsletters and it was easy but the amount of spam after purchase was too much.”

“I have used this company twice now and they're goods are reasonably priced and arrive when expected. Only down side is the parcels themselves. I am a mint in box collector and both times the main box has been damaged resulting in a small amount of damage inside. Perhaps they need a better courier or pack to allow for the mistreatment. I would buy again as couriers in general are poor across the collecting sector.”
