“Fantastically quick delivery, packaged well. First jacket I bought was to small so had to return and couldn’t find the return label to print out from Royal Mail web site so had to use the QR code at post office.”

“Easy to find product and order. Only problem with the order was Parcelforce delivering a couple of days early despite me selecting my chosen delivery day so had to re-arrange my plans, other than that happy as larry”

“A fantastic top although I paid for express delivery from Friday for Saturday delivery,it turned up on the Monday Annoying that companies don’t proactively check this, that they have not kept their part of the bargain no refund received as yet The returns at JulesB is excellent on a side note”

“Excellent response and advice from Sophie and Bernie. E-mail as explained is a standard e message -this I think needs to be looked at as message is not always relevant. I asked for a replacement and not a refund. There was a problem with the Jules b website, luckily I was helped through this problem(after three phone calls) by two very patient and pleasant ladies called Sophie and Bernie' I'm looking forward to the delivery of my 'Lofina' product. Thank you”

“I have used Jules B before and I have never had any problems until this last purchase. For some reason I was unable to login and reset my password and I actually left the website to look for the item elsewhere. After being unable to find the same item for around the same price I went back to Jules B website and tried again. Luckily I was able to login and purchase the item. I had to pay extra for next day delivery”

“Ordered on the app and found it totally annoying I could only get as far as request for payment after trying numerous times on different devices I opened the web site on a search engine and only then could I complete my order. I have placed orders with you before and have never had this problem”

“sort out your duties to Ireland at checkout or use a different shipper options and I would buy again. Shop is great with great options but the DHL rob you blind or hold your goods hostage until you pay their fees and duties on top. They stung me for 150 euro on this order.”

“Unfortunately, the UK is no longer part of Europe, so a 50% import tax must be added to the displayed price. In addition, the courier keeps the goods firm until a precise description of the material sent arrives ... and it is not clear why the request is received by those who wait for the goods rather than those who sell them ... in short, it is better to buy in the EU!”
