“Since you ask - in all honesty I thought the packaging was a little shoddy. The box especially was tattered and torn, messy label and a tatty piece of sellotape as packaging. Fortunately despite this the belt was ok but It would put me off buying anything from you in the future.”

“Unfortunately, this was a case of 'third time lucky' in dealing with JulesB. The cropped jacket was a replacement item. Prior to that, I had ordered a yellow top for my daughter, which looked very nice but was (in her words) HUGE!. That had also been a replacement item for my first order which had been a blue and white striped, man's shirt. Again, very good quality but much bigger that it's indicated size should have been. This 'saga' cost me an extra £10.40 in return charges and additional postage. I do not know which scale of sizes JulesB use, but it does not appear to be a normal UK one.”

“I had to trim many loose threads with scissors on both scarves down each side, seems to have helped. Other than that Im really pleased. arrived straight away and boxed fine. if I was in the shop I would of most likely put them back due to the threading. But Im very happy. price great, and its what I have been looking for ages. Many thanks Julian.”

“Was supposed to arrive the next day, but the site doesn’t say what is next day over weekend, so arrived after the weekend. Also you get a tracking link which sends you to a blank Royal mail page! If you type the order number it doesn’t work.”

“Lovely item but sadly arrived a few days after ordering despite requesting and paying for next day delivery. These are difficult times for everyone so we all have to give a little bit just to say - double check delivery if needed in a hurry. I will say again - very lovely item. I am pleased with it, thank you”

“My only issue was the functionality to collect my online purchase from the shop was disabled meaning I had to select Royal Mail. Minor but an irritation because other than that the website was efficient.”

“they have limited choice of sizes; they advertise on the sides of yahoomail and other programmes and when you click on the loved and attractive items, they would say, sorry no stock, and ask us to email when stock arrives !!!”
