I can see that your recent order was placed over the weekend meaning this was processed once we reopened for the week.
There does seem to have been a slight processing delay with this which we sincerely apologise for. We do advise orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days during busier periods however fully understand the disappointment caused by this.
