All of our Birkenstock open-toe styles do have a narrow fit however, this is noted on the description of the item in the sizing information and buyer's notes.

“I didnt receive my order! I waited for more than 10 days & then i called the customer service they told me that my order returned to you from the shipping company & they are not able to ship it !!
U didn’t even refund me yet !

However this time the trousers described as cream, were very definitely grey, so I had to send them back, and will apparently be charged postage for the cost of the return.
So sadly not so pleased this time.”

At times, we do need to 'rename' colourways due to the format in which we store goods in our warehouse however, provide clear imagery so customers are sure of the colour they will receive.
Nevertheless, we fully understand the disappointment this may have caused. I have had a member of the team reach out to you to discuss this further, as I can see that we have not received any correspondence regarding this at present.

I am sorry to hear that you had trouble creating a returns label using the Royal Mail portal we provide.
Typically, we pride ourselves on such a seamless returns process as the portal usually allows for a quick and easy way for customers to obtain a label however, I apologise that this was not the case in this instance!
Our customer care team are always happy to help with any return issues and I am sure that they would have been able to create you a returns label had they been notified of such a struggle.
Customers are also welcome to use an alternative method of postage for their returns however, the label is there to avoid any further inconvenience.
