“I ordered from Ireland on your website from the UK. Therefore I could place an order but as the boots were being shipped to Ireland I was charged €48 import duty. I was unaware of this fact when placing the order and I think if items are being sent aboard a message should be issued before the payment page.”

As all orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, any customers based in the EU ordering from our UK site will be subject to customs duties and taxes, which is specified in our delivery policy.
