“I received the jeans quick enough but returned them the same day as they were too big. I was disappointed not to hear anything from Jules B until I sent a message asking if they had been received. It would have been nice to have known that without me prompting them.”

“quick turn around of goods and refund which is great. Sadly the ladies I spoke to did not really know much about the actual size of the jumpers and that they come up quite big in this style which was disappointing.”

“I was more than pleased with the quality and price for the polo shirt but my only gripe is the shipping Jules B stated 24 hour via Royal Mail (ordered Thursday afternoon bout 16-00 ) didn’t receive it till Tuesday”
