As usual lovely goods and very fast delivery, excellent service. However,please drop the Klarma payment system. It is not helpful.I was concerned that I may forget to pay and it is a fussy process. what is the advantage to you or to the customer?

Prompt service. My only concern is delivery method. As mine was an international order it was shipped DHL. They automatically charged duty, which is fine, but they also charged me two different fees to collect the duty. I would prefer the option to choose delivery method as the post office on my end would only charge the duty and no processing fees. I recently had a parcel come from the US, and all I had to pay were import taxes.

MY ORDER WAS DONE ONLINE AND SEEMED PROBLEM FREE, INCLUDING MY LOCAL STORE COLLECTION POINT. HOWEVER I HAVE TO COMMENT THAT MY PREVIOUS DEALINGS (only 1 week earlier in my local store) WAS FAR FROM ACCEPTABLE. SEEING A WISHED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SALE PROMOTION AND ORDER A DIFFERENT PAIR OF TRAINERS, THESE WERE IN STOCK IN THE SHOP BUT I NEEDED TO CHECK SIZE WITH MY DAUGHTER - ONLY ON DOING SO, THIS DELAYED THE PURCHASE BY ONLY A FEW HOURS LATER IN THE DAY. I DULY RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM ONE OF THE STAFF TO SAY THAT THE SHOES WERE INDEED IN STOCK AND AT THE SALE PRICE £32. I INFERRED THAT I COULD NOT GET BACK TO THE STORE THAT SAME AFTERNOON BUT WOULD DO SO THE FOLLOWING DAY - AT NO POINT IN THIS CONVERSATION DID THE ADVISER SAY TO ME THAT IF I DELAYED COMING TO THE STORE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE PRICE AS STATED ABOVE WOULD NOT BE APPLICABLE! HENCE, WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE FOR COLLECTION AND PAYMENT, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE NOW PRICE WOULD BE £50!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION BUT MORE OR LESS AS ABOVE, EVEN ASKING THE DUTY MANAGER OF THE ADJOINING GENTS/JULES B STORE DID NOT ACHIEVE ANYTHING - HENCE THIS CUSTOMER FELT VERY LET DOWN, DISAPPOINTED AND LEFT WITH NOTHING! IF ONLY THE ABOVE IMPORTANT ASPECT HAD BEEN TOLD TO ME DURING MY TELE CONVERSATION, I WOULD HAVE GONE BACK TO THE STORE THAT SAME AFTERNOON BUT NOTHING WAS INFERRED. FROM A CUSTOMER'S VIEW POINT, VERY DISAPPOINTING BUT EVEN MORE SO THAT THEY WOULD JUST LET ME GO OUT OF THE STORE WITH NO PURCHASE?!
