“I recieved a pair of boots which on arrival were scratched.
I sent pictures to Jules b and was told they no longer had them in my size but i coud have a refund.
I had hoped they might make more of an effort to find a pair from loakes as i was able to buy another pair within a day for my best man.
I replied that i was saddened that they could not help and would probabaly not use them again for loake purchases, i recieved no reply.

I am sorry to hear your experience with Jules B has not been a positive one.
I understand you received some boots from us that were defective, this is not the standard of service we would want our customs to receive and I can only apologise for this.
I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service you received. It is a longer process to contact our Loake supplier to replace the boots for you. It usually takes around 2-4 weeks for us to receive a replacement directly from the brand. Therefore, since you needed them urgently we issued you a refund in full and you were able to purchase and receive a new pair.
Once again, please accept my apologies for this and for the inconvenience this caused you.

The little box itself was carefully wrapped in tissue paper with a Jules B sticker as a seal.
I just wrapped the large box up ready to hand over on Xmas day.”
