“Wasnt in a rush but shows as next day delivery on your site bit never has been with my purchases so far Guessing they come from different stores as the comms / email updates arent same format”

I can see that your recent order was placed over the weekend meaning this was processed once we reopened for the week. There does seem to have been a slight processing delay with this which we sincerely apologise for. We do advise orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days during busier periods however fully understand the disappointment caused by this. We hope to rectify this with a future purchase.
