Ordered coat on the 28th Dec. Didn’t arrive until 6th Jan.said on website next day.emails not answered until a couple of days,only negitive about purchase.

First Time Customer I was after a particular pair of shoes and Jules B was the only place I could find that had them in stock. I was sceptical about placing an order after reading a few negative reviews, but I went ahead anyway. The order went through smoothly and after a couple of days, I received an email from the courier company to say my order was on it's way to them. After 2 more days, I received my order, all perfectly wrapped as expected. I was really pleased. If I was in the same situation again, I would order from Jules B again as I had no issues with this purchase.

DPD are completely unreliable on delivery and I’ve raised this with you before. They failed to deliver twice and eventually 4 days late left it at a pick up location which is a 10 mile round trip. They have a very clear map which indicates exactly which road and which property but still didn’t deliver. Even the depot said on the phone they could clearly see where it should be delivered. They also have my mobile phone number but didn’t use it. Amazon, Evri and Royal Mail never let us down. I paid you for delivery to the door so this is your responsibility to find a logistics provider who does the job properly or be prepared to refund the delivery charge. This happens every time with JulesB deliveries

I’ve already emailed to say the coat is the wrong size - a size 8 label on a size 6 coat. It’s too small for me, I’ve asked for an exchange and have heard nothing. I going to have to chase this up. That is poor customer service.

Didn't receive an order confirmation email, and had to chase up after a few days to check they had got my order, emails were a little slow to respond but it was that busy period between Christmas and new year, delivery was also slower than expected but again I'm putting that down to it being the Christmas/new year period. Email responses from CS team were friendly and polite. First time ordering with this company, I don't think it will put me off ordering from the, again in the future.

I ordered a Limitato Canvas T-Shirt with other items on 28/12 2025. When i received my package, i was greatly disappointed to find that they sent an empty box with no T-Shirt in it. I am still waiting to hera from the company as to what they arte going to do about this. Jeffrey Hoong
