“Bought two bikes - one a Wisper about 3 years old now, the other a Roller e-bike 18 months old. Both have gone wrong recently, and I rely on my e-bike to get to work as a doctor in Sheffield. Calling and calling Juicy Bikes to try to get the bikes repaired. Each time I am told that business is up by 400% so they are not doing repairs - just new sales. Surely they have a responsibility to existing customers?!! Very very disappointed in this attitude.”

We're very sorry that we cannot help you directly at the moment. Our team all live in vulnerable households. One with Parkinsons Desease, another with a parent recovering from cancer. We also have two staff in their sixties and a partner of a member working in the NHS. The Covid Crisis has also lead to a massive demand for our services with everybody wanting to avoid sharing space on public transport or simply escaping lock-down. We have left a voice system message that tries to summarise the current limitations of our service in as short a time as possible. Clearly this brief message has not explained our situation adequately enough. If you email us your full details we can find a local bike shop who will be able to help you, both for the Juicy Roller and for your Wisper bike too. We wish it were otherwise however we must and will continue to protect our vulnerable staff members and their families. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

“Delivery bang on time, had to speak to someone about something in connection with putting the bike together, got an answer to the question instantly with no problem at all. I actually bought two bikes, one for my daughter and one for myself, price was good and bike excellent. Would not hesitate to use Juicy Bikes again in the future.”

“Love my new Chronos MTB - it tackles most hills and conditions easily and feels very sure footed. Only issue was the seat’s a bit hard for off-road, so it’s been replaced by one with gel padding. Also fitted mini mudguards that really help in poor conditions. Thoroughly recommend the ‘Juicy Bikes’ experience!”

“Our Juicy Dutch bikes have been with us for about nine years, sadly neglected for about two. Re-discovered just as the virus struck. Charged them up, went a couple of short rides. I worried about the effects of neglect, fretted a bit on these forums, and was delighted when Juicy suggested a visit from the servicing team. ST arrived, declared the batteries still servicable (!) and checked the general condition of the bikes. We're back on the road! Brilliant. E-grins back in place. “So happy to have got my hands on a Juicy Ticket before stock ran out. The bike arrived super quickly within 3 days of ordering. Although there were some technical issues with the recharging port not working (and an overly tight bolt somewhere else), the Juicy team were super helpful to get both issues sorted. Had to drive it over to a regional e bike specialist to get it fixed and up and running - but got it back after a few days and since then have flown around London on it. It's a superb commuter bike. Finally I can get up the steep hills of SE London without my previous tears of pain and frustration. LOVE the Ticket.”

“From ordering direct from Juicy to delivery everything was perfect with delivery times all as stated. I had a query with one of the extras and the lights on the battery which when I phoned ( which was during the lockdown ) a technician answered from home and answered my questions immediately My wife has only had it a few weeks and covered quite a few miles with absolutely no problems, she loves it. “Just taken my new Juicy "Ticket" e bike out for its first proper on and off road spin. I am so impressed - the power is incredible, and the electric boost kicks in immediately. Most of the time I never needed more than 2 in order to achieve 17 to 18mph on the flat, with practically no effort at all. Took the hills with ease. Even the ones I'd previously had doubts about. This has given me a new found sense of freedom as my knees are not good, and walking any distance is now painful. This is absolutely no strain on the knees at all. Well done juicy, worth every penny.”

“Hi I have recently purchased the new this year model facelia, I have never tried a electric bike before, I must say that although I have only been out on it once I am hooked, the style of the bike the colour I absolutely love, when it arrived it came from France so no paperwork was with it, I phoned mike at juicy technical support and within 10 minutes he had sent me the paperwork over by email to enable my husband to put the bike together although it was very easy only the handlebars and pedals needed doing, the bike came with a fully charged battery so I was able to use the bike immediately, I went to my local park and felt like it was Xmas day on my new bike, you may think I am over reacting but I am not an experienced bike rider and I felt confident from the moment I started riding. I would like to thankyou mike for his support. The whole experience of looking and buying a electric bike was great and the advice of the size to get it’s perfect. “What a great shopping experience, this company and Bryn in particular were exceptional. They put up with my multiple questions, were good to their word and got my wife’s ebike to us on time, even taking the current Covid-19 into consideration. Bryn didn’t mind me asking for regular updates and now the ebike has arrived my wife has not been off of it. We bought to to help ease her back into cycling and she nearly pooped her pants when she first turned on the electric motor. “After trying out our friends' Juicy bikes, we were so impressed that we now have 4 Juicy bikes - 2 Classics & 2 fold-ups, & we love them. They're a pleasure to use & fun. We live in a rural area, too far from the nearest shops to walk, but too close not to feel guilty about driving. These bikes are the perfect answer.”

“Juicy Bikes have been absolutely fantastic both before and after purchasing my gorgeous classic click, with exemplary customer service, and a speedy response to any questions (and there have been lots - sorry David!) I've had. I've cycled to work for the last fifteen years - only a four mile round trip, but a hip condition is making it increasingly difficult for me to tackle the rather steep and lengthy hill on my journey home, meaning I've had to push my bike for the last mile. This bike is a game changer for any one with a physical disability that makes using a regular bike difficult. My commute home has gone from half an hour to ten minutes, and my hip pain has already reduced after just a month of riding this bike. The hill is no longer a problem and I can zoom up it quite happily in the low-to mid PAS levels. I know of at least two people who have seen my bike and are planning on purchasing their own in the coming months, so I expect to see more Juicy Bikes on the roads of Northampton soon. I hope my bike will last a good few years, but when the time comes to buy a new ebike, I won't hesitate to buy from Juicy Bikes.”

“I collected my beautiful Juicy Poco yesterday. I am in my 60s, have rarely ridden a bicycle since I was a child and am NOT at all sporty. I researched to find a suitable ebike for almost a year. I wanted fresh air and exercise, but not sweat and exhaustion! Juicy is British made and designed for hills, we are about to move to the hills in Wiltshire so that will be helpful. I am 5 feet tall and wanted a traditional sit up and beg bicycle but designed for someone of my height. The Poco is just perfect. I rode seven miles yesterday without a care. Same today. I love the fact that for the assist to work you have to pedal - plenty of exercise without the stress. The throttle start is wonderful allowing me to pull away with ease and without worry. My Poco is in ICE colour which is beautiful. I have a Juicy basket on the front which fits well. If you are hesitating, hesitate no more. Buy one! PS:- My husband rides a 1200cc BMW RT, motorcycle - he is struggling to keep up with me... 🤣”
